Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

How much are the delivery costs?

Orders below 100 EUR	4,50 EUR	Standard shipping
Orders above 100 EUR	Free	Standard shipping
Express Orders (upon request)	14,99 EUR	Express shipping

All costs refer to shipping within Germany. Shipping prices outside Germany may vary.

Can I pick my order up in store?
Unfortunately, we don't offer personal pickups as Zeenat by Hina is purely an online platform.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@zeenatbyhina.de with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
